Parents Cookery Course
Ana Molina came in and taught some of our parents how to do a number of lovely dishes and desserts including fillet of pork with Mediterranean vegetables, steamed haddock with spaghetti of vegetables, apple muffins, banoffi pie and Irish oat biscuits. The course ran for 6 weeks in our fully equipped kitchen on Tuesday mornings in October and November. It was a great course and the delicious dishes were enjoyed by all.
