National Tree Day took place on Thursday the 6th of October. The theme for Tree Day 2011 was ‘Celebrating our Friend the Tree’. Senior Infants planted trees in their school milk cartons with a little help from their teachers and parents. We look forward to watching them grow in the weeks and months ahead. A huge thank you to all who came in on the day to help out. It was much appreciated.
